Rules & Policies

General Rules


  • - River and wildland habitats are fragile. Please use the garbage cans provided throughout the resort to help us stop litter.
  • - Do not alter/move the rocks surrounding the firepits. We are in a high fire hazard area, please do not overload your fire with fuel.
  • - THERE IS NO PARKING ON THE RIVER LEVEL. This is a fire department access road which must be unobstructed at all times.
  • - Use caution wading in the river. Dam releases can come without warning at any time of the day and the river rises VERY quickly. We recommend life jacket at all times and a close eye on the little ones!
  • - Our pool is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. during the summer.
  • - We hope you have a great stay with us! Our office/store is open until 9 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Holidays; other days until 6 p.m.

Cabin Rules

  • - Check-in time for all cabins is 3 p.m.
  • - NO SMOKING inside the cabins at any time.
  • - NO DOGS or PETS in cabins at any time.
  • - Quiet time is enforced after 10 p.m. In consideration of ALL of our guests. Please turn out your deck light before retiring for the evening in consideration of our other guests.
  • - Please wash, dry and put away your dishes after use and turn off the BBQ propane when you have finished. Also, please do not move/drag furniture across cabin floors.
  • - If you have rented linens for your stay, please leave them in a pile in the cabin kitchen upon checkout.
  • - Check-out time for all cabins is 12 noon (failure to comply may result in extra charges).
  • - Please return your key to the office on your way out (if closed, slide key under door).

Group Site Rules


  • - Check-in and Check-out time for all group sites is 12 noon.
  • - If your number of guests exceeds the total paid, please adjust at the office and pick up additional parking passes. Vehicles parked without parking passes may be towed.
  • - All day guests must register at the office and pay a $10 day use fee and obtain a parking pass.
  • - Quiet time is enforced after 10 p.m. in consideration of ALL of our guests. No amplified sounds, loud talking, yelling, singing, music, etc. after this time. Offenders will be escorted from the campground by the El Dorado County Sheriff.
  • - The main bathroom/shower building is open 24 hours a day. Please notify the office immediately of any housekeeping issues.

Tent and RV Site Rules


  • - Check-in and Check-out time for all sites is 12 noon.
  • - Quiet time is enforced after 10 p.m. in consideration of ALL of our guests. No amplified sounds, loud talking, yelling, singing, music, etc. after this time. Offenders will be escorted from the campground by the El Dorado County Sheriff.
  • - The main bathroom/shower building is open 24 hours a day. Please notify the office immediately of any housekeeping issues.

Cancellation

 

  • - Cancellation is 7 days prior or lose one day's deposit and a $10 processing fee if cancellation at any time after initial reservation. Cancellation is 14 days prior for Holiday and group reservations or you will lose your deposit and a $10 processing fee if cancellation at any time after initial reservation.
